What helps me answer

You do not need a finished specification. These few details are enough for me to judge whether the project is feasible and how long it takes:

  • What you do and who your customers are
  • Whether you already have a site, and what is not working on it
  • Whether the site needs to be multilingual
  • Whether there is a deadline it has to meet
